Trusted in the abundance of his riches...
Why boast you in mischief, O mighty
man? The goodness of God endures continually. Thy tongue plans destruction; like
a sharp razor, working deceitfully. You love evil more than good; and lying rather
than to speak righteousness. You love devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue. God shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of
thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living. The righteous
also shall see, and fear, and shall laugh at him: Lo, this is the man that made
not God his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness (destruction). But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God: I trust in the mercy of God for ever
and ever. I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will
wait on thy name; for it is good before thy saints. Psalm 52:1-9 I was reading this morning, praying that the Lord direct my
studies, when I came across Psalm chapter 52. David wrote this psalm along with eight others as he was
fleeing from Saul. I couldn’t help but notice how fitting the chapter is for today. This nation of ours once founded itself upon the
God of Israel, the Redeemer, the Rock. Now it seems to be grounded solely on various forms of idolatry and man’s prowess.
As I watched the congress and the house go back and forth over the 700 billion dollar bailout, I couldn’t help but notice
the tongues that plan destruction, like sharp razors, and working deceitfully. These men and women love to devour words with
their deceitful tongues, loving evil more than good, would rather lie than speak righteousness or truth. Don’t get me wrong, it isn’t just the men
and women in the government that feel this way, or conduct themselves in this manner. The majority of Americans and the world
for that matter are becoming increasingly wicked. Trusting for so long in their own ability, worshipping
their gods of wealth, power, and fleshly lusts. Shake up the wealth of the wicked and watch them tremble
in fear, take away their power and watch them cower in the corner fearful of the ones they once oppressed. But does this kind
of wickedness go unpunished? ‘God
shall likewise destroy thee forever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out
of the land of the living’, I don’t believe that God turns the other way, do you? The righteous
shall see this taking place and with the fear of their God in their hearts laugh at the stupidity of those who relied on their
own strength and trusted in the abundance of their riches, ultimately strengthening their very own destruction. Friends we are witnessing God staying true to His
Word. Many are mad; many are cursing God for the loss of their wealth, home, and daily excesses.
It’s not God’s fault, man is destined to fail when riches and wickedness is all they have built themselves
upon, without God life becomes a winless battle. We are left with hope, our Father will always give hope, mercy, and redemption to those who listen and
heed His message. We can trust in the Lord’s mercy forever and ever. We can stand like a green olive
tree in the House of the Lord, praising the Lord’s name forever, because he has stayed true to His Word. Please take heed to the message going out from the mouth of the Almighty God
in these last days, time is getting shorter by the minute. Do not fear, only repent, and seek the face
of God. God forgive our nation, purge our lands of the gross iniquity, and strengthen Your people in Your
truth. God Bless! Daniel Eggers

Getting Ready for the End of All Things
COVER LETTER Dearly Beloved:
GOD KNOWS — GOD HEARS — GOD ANSWERS.
In my prayer walk today, I asked the Lord what he desires of
us in these perilous times. In that sweet, familiar voice I heard: “God’s greatest joy is to behold unwavering
trust in his children.” I believe I delight my Lord when I completely trust him while all things are frightful and dark.
As I write this letter, the headline in today’s Wall Street Journal reads, “Mounting Fears Pummel World Markets
AS BANKING GIANTS RUSH TO FIND BUYERS” (capitals mine). The subhead reads, “Worst Crisis Since ’30s With
No End in Sight.” A lot of very scary things are happening worldwide. No one has answers, only questions: “What
has happened? And what is coming next?”
I have dear friends who have lost almost everything: stocks, bank
accounts, houses, jobs. We are all going to be affected in some way. And we are all going to have our faith greatly tested.
There is no safe haven now but in Christ and his promises.
Now, as I sit in my study — Bible open on my
lap, the awful headlines of the newspaper lying on the floor at my side — I plead with the Lord: “What can I say,
what can I write to God’s people in such a time as this?”
I have been preaching for over fifty-three
years, and I’ve delivered countless messages about trusting God in hard times. But now it cannot be just a sermon. The
promises of God can no longer be taken for granted. We are going to be faced with life and death issues. There is no turning
back; things will never again be the same.
The Word of God must become our very life, our hope, the ground of
our faith. Prayers and intimacy with Jesus must become “praying without ceasing,” plainly talking to him, pouring
out our hearts in faith.
David said, “Fear was on every side… But I trusted in thee, O Lord: I said,
Thou art my God. My times are in thy hand: deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me”
(Psalm 31:13-15).
Keep your Bible close at hand. Every day ask the Holy Spirit to give you special promises to
keep you in faith and peace. At the bottom of this letter, I have given you a few Scripture references having to do with trust.
In closing: I have been overwhelmed with praise to God that in these unnerving days he is supplying the funds to carry on
all our outreaches to the poorest and neediest all over the world. We are truly casting our faith on God’s faithfulness.
Thanks to all who are helping in spite of all the troubling news.
Love in Christ,
DAVID WILKERSON

this defiles a man...
Bring
no more vain oblations (futile sacrifices); incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling
of assemblies, I cannot away (endure) with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. Isaiah 1:13 _ 7 Ye hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, 8 This people draweth
nigh (near) unto me with their mouth, and honoreth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. 9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. 10 And he called
the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: 11 Not that
which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
Matthew 15:7-11 - 13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as the people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do
honor me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men 15 Woe
unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who sees us?
And who knows us? Isaiah 29:13,15 - Isaiah gives us a visual of the heart of the people. The
people were saying empty prayers and praising God with lip service. Our prayers must be sincere and heartfelt for them to
be genuine; our praise must come from the whole of our heart with conviction. When the heart of man becomes far from God the
prayers become no more than vain sacrifices. - ‘And their fear toward me (God) is taught by the precept of men’, today this statement is as true as
it was in Isaiah’s time. To many people today are blinded by the true roots of their fear for God,
which for most this reverence is merely an intellectual accommodation ‘taught by the precept of men’.
Gone is the personal relationship, gone is the genuine heartfelt prayers, gone is the desire or capacity to seek out
the truth behind our existence as humans created by the Almighty God. - Jesus called us to ‘Hear and understand:
Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which comes out of the mouth, this defiles
a man’. What is coming out of our mouths? Vain prayers, lip service towards
God, perversions of the flesh, unsound doctrine, destructive negativity, could these be possible candidates for defiling a
man? - “But in vain they do worship me”, are we saying one thing but our heart believes another? Do we even
believe the words that come out of our mouth? I fear soon we are going to see more and more people will find out what it is
that they have been worshipping and worse who they haven’t been . I fear for those who have professed
to be a follower of Christ voicing their own unsound ideology, failing to seek for themselves the truth behind what it means
to be a follower of Christ. I fear for the man that relies only on the intellectual view of God ‘taught
by the precept of men’. We are all individuals and all carry our own individual obligation to seek
out the truth that so many for the last 2,000 years have relied solely on what they hear about Jesus Christ rather than looking
for themselves. When the words of man are without validation they carry no true weight, but when the words
of God are validated through a personal relationship based on seeking truth through the Word of God, only then can man have
a better understanding of the purpose behind a relationship with the Creator. Look for yourself, rely not on the words
of man, only on the truth of God. God Bless! Daniel Eggers - 9
And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall
be opened unto you. 10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and
to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Luke 11:9,10

Wicked and adultrous generation....
A wicked an adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the
prophet Jonah. And he left them, and departed. Matt. 16:4 *see Matt. 12:39-42
_ Do
we live in a wicked and adulterous generation?
11 There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.
12 There is a generation that are pure in their
own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness. 13 There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! And their eyelids
are lifted (lifted up in arrogance) up. 14 There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives,
to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men. Proverbs 30:11-14 We do live in a wicked and adulterous
generation, but what is the sign that Jesus is speaking of for this generation?
For as Jonah was a sign unto the Ninevites, (so that they
may repent from their wicked ways), so shall also the Son of man (Jesus Christ) be to this generation. (Luke 11:30)
Many in this generation seek a sign, ultimately overlooking the only true sign, Jesus Christ. Jesus
Christ says that no sign will be given, except the sign of Jonah, or Jesus Christ. What is the sign of Jesus Christ?
44
And he said unto them, These are words which I spake unto you, while I was Yet with you, that all
things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
Jesus points out
His life from beginning (His birth) to end (death and resurrection) all happened according to the scriptures, Christ was validated
through the word, to the Jew the Old Testament was the undeniable show of God’s will and mind, being validated by the
words of God in the Old Testament was vital to Jesus Christ being the true Son of God and vital to the Jewish discipline.
Jesus lists the Law (given to Moses by God), the prophets, and psalms which
make up the threefold Jewish division of the Old Testament.)
46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behooved
(was necessary for) Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: (the Word of
God validates Jesus, and Jesus having been crucified and resurrected 3 days later validates the Word of God, together being
one in the same, Jesus is the Word.)
47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his
name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. Luke 24:44, 46-47
We must repent; the same is said
for the sign of Jonah Jesus speaks of. Jonah’s mission was to bring the message of God concerning their iniquity to
the people of Ninevah in hopes of bringing the people to repentance. Ninevah was on the verge of destruction
because of their gross iniquity. The only way to be saved from the judgments of iniquity is to repent and
be freed of the chains holding us to the damnable consequences of denying our iniquity as sin. Ninevah
was spared because of the immediate and heartfelt repentance of their horrible iniquities. The sign for
our generation, and every generation since His death and resurrection is Jesus Christ. His message (also
the Bibles message, since He is the Word) is simply repent and turn away from our iniquity, replace the iniquity with Him
and receive our salvation. As a nation we are currently being urged to repent, only when a nation repents can a nation be
spared. Only when we as an individual repents of our personal iniquities can we be spared. Be freed, be
loosed from the burden of sin, seek repentance and the strength of the Almighty God. God Bless! Daniel Eggers

His plan....
Our Father in Heaven has a plan. He has always had a plan for this world and the people within the world. He has always
had a plan for His people, the Jew and the Gentile. Man throughout time has been shown certain elements of God's
plan, some of His plan we find plainly in the Word of God, while other parts of His plan have yet to be revealed in
full. Right now God's plan is unfolding, some don't want to recognize this, while others can see it as plan a new-paper
before their own eyes. Where are we in His plan? Technically we are all in His plan, some will chose to accept and embrace
this truth, while other will forever reject and deny any sort of divine plan. So the question is, are you in on the plan that
is unfolding? Have you accepted the truth, have you found the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ? The plan is underway,
it is up to you to find out what part of the plan you are on. I will say this, I am a man, I am flawed as a man, I am wrong
when I speak as an unguided man, but what we are seeing in our once great nation, it can only be because God has a plan. We
might not understand why, when, or how, but what we can know is as His children we will always be apart of His plan. He is
our Rock, He is our Shelter, He is our Almighty Lord and Saviour, if you are trembling, tremble not because of fear, He has
EVERYTHING under control. Pray for our nation, pray for your neighbor, pray for your family, and pray that your ear hears
the voice of the Almighty. God Bless! Daniel Eggers
The LORD [is] my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, [and] my high tower. Psalm 18:2
Seek the LORD, and his strength: seek his face evermore. Psalm 105:4
For the eyes of the Lord [are]
over the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord [is] against them that do evil. 1
